BGC – New Leader in Office Lease Space
Bonifacio Global City has experienced a growing demand for office lease space, rapidly becoming the new leader in this property sector. Traditionally, the growth area was in Makati City, but due to the lack of available land and thus new development projects, many companies are moving or starting up their operations in BGC.

The total lease space for BGC at the end of 2016 will reach 1.37 million sqm.
